The Willow, Catskill

I am here now and I am obsessed. I had a last minute reservation due to a funeral and Michael was so responsive and got me exactly what I needed--with my dogs! The studio room is extremely clean and has everything you need--and the grounds are immaculate. It's peaceful and calm and I already told my friends about it. Would highly recommend and will stay here again for sure.

The motel presented an exceptionally charming atmosphere, exceeding expectations. The property's aesthetic was notably quaint and attractive. The surrounding area and overall ambiance were highly enjoyable. Furthermore, the self-service gift shop offered a convenient and delightful experience.

We stayed here for our cousins’ weekend, and it was absolutely beautiful. Each room is unique and thoughtfully decorated — we had three rooms, and every one of them was stunning. The little touches, from the outdoor décor to the welcome baskets, made our stay extra special. There are also excellent restaurants nearby, which made everything even better. This place is destined to become the spot to stay!

What a find! Newly renovated, super clean, and beautifully decorated. They have a cute little General Store to buy light snacks, drinks, soaps, maple syrup and local honey. Lots of well kept land surrounding the Motel, including a small pond and a fire pit that our group put to good use. Will definitely be going back!!

I had a last minute reservation for my birthday. I was looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Michael was fantastic with the reservation on the phone. The room was very cozy, spacious and had a super comfortable bed! everything was spotless. The view was beyond my expectations. Serene & charming atmosphere. Beautiful grounds, the property is amazing. will definitely be back.

My son and I visited the Willow Pond Motel on October 19, 2025. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we appreciated many personal touches. We brought our dogs and they had a great time running around the well taken care of grounds. It was a pleasure dealing with Michael the owner. I would highly recommend this motel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Willow. The room was very nice and comfortable for the two of us. They had everything you can think of for you incase you forgot it at home. Management was very easy to communicate with, water pressure/temperature was great, free WiFi, and everything was very clean. Very happy to have stayed here!

I recently spent a few nights at the Willow Pond Motel with friends in the apartment and Rio Van Winkle rooms. Both rooms were clean, smelled great, and were absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic, it’s close to so many beautiful hiking trails and towns. The motel grounds themselves were lovely, with a picturesque pond and fire pit (which we took advantage of to make some s’mores). I will definitely be booking a future trip here!
